December 12th gym change
All matches originally scheduled to be played at Bedford Road for December 12th will once again be moved to City Park Collegiate, which is located at 820 9th Avenue North.
Updated Team Numbers – 2nd Half
Here are the updated team numbers after the switch and these will remain in effect for the remainder of the SAVA season. The teams highlighted in green reflect teams that have moved up a division and the those highlighted in red reflect teams that have moved down a division:
The schedule for November 28th is now available. Please note your new team number if applicable, as the switchover will occur after November 21st. Updated team numbers will be posted as soon as stats from November 21st have been calculated.
I just wanted to pass on some information regarding an incident that occurred sometime between 4pm and 9pm on Sunday November 7th in the Mount Royal parking lot. There was at least one vehicle that was entered (the doors had been left unlocked), and items were stolen from the vehicle. I would suspect that the thief may have tried other vehicles to check if they were unlocked as well.
I’d just like to remind everyone to keep your car doors locked and valuables hidden while at the gym so that we can prevent any incidents like this from reoccurring. I know we’re all adults and shouldn’t need to be told this, but I thought I’d still make everyone aware of this incident.

The remainder of the schedules for the first half of the year will be posted by the end of this week. Note that there will be no games on Thanksgiving weekend (October 10), and the final week before switchover will be November 21st.

There have also been a few small changes in the schedule for September 18th and 19th. The only changes for September 18th are for the 9:00am Minor Officials. Please check to see which court you MO on, as it may have changed from the previous schedule. For September 19th, the changes are for the winners and losers of co-ed matches 73, 74 and 75. Please refer to the files below when tracking your team’s progress in the seeding tournament rather than schedules that you may have printed out from last week. Thanks!
