Insurance Registration (SVA)

It is MANDATORY that all SAVA players be covered under the SVA insurance policy as proper
insurance is a requirement for our league to book facilities (and we care about your well-being). SVA
will be working with us to audit registrants and non-compliance will result in ejection from the league.

You are only required to register for insurance once, so if you have paid for SVA insurance under one
team this year you are not required to register again under another team (ex. If you are playing
women’s and co-ed you only need to register and pay the $7 with one team, not both). Be sure to
clarify this with your team mates.

Volleyball Posts (Blue) – pull into equipment room (back by golf clubs)
Nets – hang up on the wall with other nets
Black Floor Mats – put on basketball wire cart
Post Padding – put into the back cupboard (middle)
Chairs – put by air compressors
Tables – put by chairs against the wall

GIRLS CHANGE ROOM 1203
Ref Stands ( White) – 1203 Girls Change Room
- pull into the change room and lay on side, against lockers behind door.
